Refunds and complaints

The customer has the right to cancel the order (by sending an email to: and return the goods within 30 days of the receipt of the order without having to state a reason for their decision. The customer is liable for the cost of the return of goods. Returned goods must be delivered undamaged in their original packaging and in the same amount, unless the items are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity is reduced, through no fault of the customer. To exercise the right to cancel the order/return items, the customer must inform Skinity by email, in which the customer states the order number.

no later than 10 days from the filed notice of cancelation of the order.

Upon return of a faulty product, Skinity will review the item/s and reserves the right to reject items which Skinity feel were not caused by Skinity. If the item/s are returned to Skinity in the same condition as when they were dispatched, the item/s will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If unavailable, the customer will have the option for a full refund. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Refunds will be made within 10 days of receiving returned goods. Skinity will not refund the delivery costs for customers order. Skinity will not refund items that have had the original packaging removed or if items have been used.
