Below are terms under which Skinity Ltd (Skinity) sells all products. By placing an order, The customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

All prices are shown in British Sterling pounds and include VAT. All packaging and postage charges are not included in item price and will be added in your shopping cart.

Skinity reserves the right to change the contents and/or price and/or delivery charges of any Goods at any time without prior notification.


Every care has been taken to ensure that all product colours are as accurate as possible at the time of publishing however Skinity cannot accept responsibility for any omissions or errors in this information. There may be small discrepancies in the size or colour of the products supplied. Accuracy of colours and colour charts is not guaranteed because each computer displays colours in slightly different ways.

All products which appear on the website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and if or when they will be available again.


The order can be paid by Paypal or Credit/debit card. In case none of the available payment methods suit you, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss alternative payment options.

We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Please ensure that the details you enter are correct. Please note that all credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the issuer of the card. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to pay or does not for any reason authorise payment to Skinity, Skinity is not liable for any delay or non-delivery of merchandise. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by the customer and received by Skinity. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise. Risk of damage to merchandise transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Order confirmation

After placing an order, the customer will receive the order confirmation email. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of the customers order. This is confirmation that Skinity has received the order which will then be processed. The customer will receive a further email containing dispatch information, where the order will be delivered to the customers delivery address.


Ordered products will be dispatched within two working days. The products will be delivered by a Royal Mail.

Skinity will endeavour to ensure goods are delivered promptly, however, Skinity does not accept liability for delay in delivery for reasons beyond it’s control.

Skinity does not deliver to PO boxes.

Cancelations and returns

The customer has the right to cancel the order and return the goods within 30 days of the receipt of the order without having to state a reason for their decision. The customer is liable for the cost of the return of goods. Returned goods must be delivered undamaged in their original packaging and in the same amount, unless the items are destroyed, damaged, lost or their quantity is reduced, through no fault of the customer. To exercise the right to cancel the order/return items, the customer must inform Skinity by email, in which the customer states the order number.

no later than 10 days from the filed notice of cancelation of the order.

Upon return of a faulty product, Skinity will review the item/s and reserves the right to reject items which Skinity feel were not caused by Skinity. If the item/s are returned to Skinity in the same condition as when they were dispatched, the item/s will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If unavailable, the customer will have the option for a  full refund. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 14-day period following delivery.

Refunds will be made within 10 days of receiving returned goods. Skinity will not refund the delivery costs for customers order. Skinity will not refund items that have had the original packaging removed or if items have been used.

Privacy policy

We retain and use all information strictly under the Privacy Policy. Your privacy and the security of your personal information is our priority. Skinity is committed to protecting your privacy and follows strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of the information you provide, as required by the GDPR.

When you place an order with Skinity, you are required to provide Skinity with some personal details:

Your name
E-mail address
Credit/debit card details (for security these are not kept on file for future purchases).

If you register your e-mail with Skinity for new product updates, your e-mail address will be kept safe on our database and, once again, it will never be disclosed to any third parties, except where it is part of providing a service to you. You have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from by sending an email to stating STOP in subject line.

Upon request, we will permanently remove all user data of the individual.
